CO - FOUNDERS
In 2021, Samuel Leahy and Richard Hutchinson founded Relusive Developments with a fresh vision for the construction industry. Their mission was to introduce a stress-free approach to every project, firmly believing that clients shouldn’t have to worry to see their dream homes become a reality. they achieve this by acting as a conduit for trades, handling all aspects of planning, building regulations, and project management.
